Runner's Knee

Runner's Knee or Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, counts for approximately 50% of running complaints. Building up strength in your glutei and abductor muscles are just some of the suggested ideas in the downloadable fact sheet. Don't have time to stretch?

A lot of aftercare advice following a sports massage will involve some mention of stretching. We all know that it is important but often struggle to find the time to build it into our fitness routine. The attached document won't suit everyone but it is a bit of creativity.
